on a sincere note, fucking thrilled that we’re finally in. been a bumpy old road (shoutout global pandemic and lockdown) but the keys are ours and my inner interior designer is raring to go. also shoutout to my wonderful ma and dear departed dad for having the good sense to insure his life before he popped his clogs; yes i do work hard, yes i do save, and yes i do limit how much avocado toast i buy, but so do most people. the cold hard reality is this was only possible because of his good financial planning and poor prostate health. paps, hope you approve.
